information is furnished without warranty expressed or implied,
except that it is accurate to the best knowledge of Paradise
Cosmetics, LLC and is based on information considered to be
reliable. However, since conditions of handling and use are
beyond our control, we make no guarantee of results and assume
no responsibility for damages incurred by use of this material.
The data on this site relates only to the general material
designated herein. Paradise Cosmetics, LLC assumes no legal
responsibility for use or reliance upon this data. We do not
assume any legal responsibility for nor do we give permission,
inducement, or recommendation to practice any patented formula
without permission.
Return Policy Products are returnable in the event of our shipping error only. We must be contacted within five days of receipt of the order. We will pay for return shipping and to ship the correct item. All sales are final after five days. If your package is damaged upon receipt, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately in order to make a claim as we cannot take responsibility for damaged packages. Risk of Loss All items purchased from Paradise Cosmetics LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Payments We accept PayPal transactions and all major credit cards through both PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept checks and money orders. Please allow 10 business days for your check to clear once received. Once cleared, your order will be shipped. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee of $30. All checks must be drawn on a United States bank in US dollars. Prices All prices are subject to change. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges. Sales Tax For residents of the State of California (CA), a sales tax of 9.25% is applicable (subject to change) Back Orders Our products are usually in stock & available. However, since many of our items are made to order, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. If this happens, we will make your item and send it out as soon as possible. Allergies & Other Medical Paradise Cosmetics products and web site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have an allergy to any ingredients in our products, please do not use. Please read our ingredients pages if you have known allergies to any ingredients. If unsure, do a small patch test behind ear before using. If any reaction occurs, discontinue use of the product immediately. If the reaction continues please consult your doctor. Product Shelf Life All our products are made fresh and should have a shelf life of at least 6 months after receiving your product. Keep your products fresh by storing them in a cool, dry and dark place. Caution Moisturizing oils in some of our products (such as our dead sea salt scrub) can cause surfaces in your tub or shower to become slippery. Please use caution when using to prevent injury. |
